SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS FOR EVERY APPLICATION
The mineral masterbatches are commonly used in the manufacture of various injection parts to reduce costs for the manufacturing of car parts, garden furniture, office material, reinforcement of parts for household electrical appliances, etc.
The use of Granic mineral masterbatches as a substitute for other compounds has several advantages for injection:
· Know-how of the formula. Using Granic mineral masterbatches allows the processor to regain knowledge about its formula.
· Flexibility. Regaining the formula know-how enables greater flexibility when purchasing raw materials.
· Reduction of stock of raw materials. Generally, when performing injections, there is a product per part, meaning each injected part is made from a different composite material. This entails having plenty of storage space in order to have all the items in stock. The purchase of the raw materials for the compound reduces storage space.
· Cost reduction. The price of each of the raw materials is lower than the ready-made compound.

Similarly, Granic reduces the cycle length, thanks to the greater thermal conductivity of the minerals, which allows the part to heat up and cool down faster. The minerals also add greater dimensional stability to the parts.
The Ciclic industrial compounds can also be used to manufacture injection parts. Ciclic has a range of polypropylene (PP) products specially designed for injection parts of household electrical appliances, office supplies, industrial packaging, etc.
